Richard Saccone (born February 14, 1958) is an American politician and author. He was in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 2011 through 2019. He represented the state's 39th district as a Republican.
Saccone was his party's nominee for the 18th congressional district special election, which was held on March 13, 2018 running against Democrat Conor Lamb.[2] He narrowly lost the election to Lamb by 600 votes.[3]
Saccone took part of the riots outside the United States Capitol to overturn the 2020 election on January 6, 2021.[4]
